Our stay at Holiday Inn Express was enjoyable, especially since we were able to redeem our rewards nights for free. The location was convenient, with plenty of shopping and dining options within walking distance. The room we had was smoke-free and mostly odor-free, which was important for our child with allergies and asthma. The breakfast provided a good selection, and being close to Six Flags was a bonus. we had a good stay.

One minor drawback was the lack of full room cleaning, even though the prices remained the same. Additionally, the toilet frequently required plunging.

I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn Express in Douglasville for a business trip. The bed was amazingly comfortable, and I appreciated the cool chair and adjustable table in the room. There were plenty of available electric outlets, and the room was very clean. The festive seasonal decorations in the lobby added a nice touch. Both the front desk personnel and housekeeper were very nice, friendly, and polite. I couldn't ask for a better place to stay.
