The staff at the hotel could have been more attentive and helpful, especially at the front desk. There were also some issues with room reservations, with incorrect bed configurations and difficulties in obtaining requested amenities like a crib.

The location was perfect, with several great restaurants nearby, making it easy to meet up with family in the area. The room was modern and comfortable, with a beautiful bathroom and a divine shower. The staff were friendly and the cleaning service was excellent, ensuring the safety of our private belongings. The breakfast was sumptuous, and the hotel had great amenities like a clean pool area and even a Toto washlet. We were beyond pleased with our stay.

We had a delightful stay at Holiday Inn Express in Washington. Our one-night stop-over was made even better by the hotel's proximity to a mall and restaurants. The clean and comfortable room, along with the friendly staff, made for a pleasant experience. The highlight was undoubtedly the breakfast spread, with its mouthwatering selection of hot and cold foods. The pancake machine was a unique touch that the kids absolutely loved. The front desk staff was helpful and even recommended some fantastic local breweries. We would definitely return on our next visit to Washington.
