The hotel's business center was lacking, with only one outdated computer and printer. There were repeated issues with getting online, and the staff mentioned that even their help desk couldn't resolve the problem.

The gym facility was immaculate and well-equipped, allowing me to maintain my fitness routine while traveling. The free breakfast was impressive, offering a wide variety of delicious options. The staff, particularly Amalah and the late-night guy, were attentive and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable. The location was convenient, right off the freeway and close to local attractions. There were also food marts and a fantastic Chinese restaurant nearby.

I got great value for my money at Holiday Inn Express! The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. The large glassed-in shower in the bathroom was absolutely magnificent. The hotel's location right off the freeway made it convenient for exploring the local sights. The staff were friendly, helpful, and even provided an iPad for quick communication with the front desk. I also loved the cool little outside sitting area with a fire pit, perfect for relaxing in the evening. Lastly, the breakfast options were plentiful and delicious.

I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn Express in Benicia for a weekend getaway. The hotel exceeded my expectations in several ways. the breakfast options were fantastic. They had a wide variety of choices including eggs, sausage, pancakes, fruit, oatmeal, and more. The buffet was well maintained and the staff, especially Emmie, was friendly and attentive. Additionally, the 2 room suite I stayed in was spacious and comfortable. The hotel had a clean and modern decor, giving it a boutique hotel feel that was above average for the Holiday Inn Express chain. Finally, I appreciated the helpfulness of the staff, such as Amalah and the late-night employee who promptly attended to a TV issue in my room.

I would definitely recommend this hotel.

There were also two food marts with gas nearby, as well as a great Chinese restaurant across the street on the second floor. The staff, especially the late-night guy who helped me with the TV, were excellent. this hotel provided a comfortable and convenient stay.
