I recently stayed at Holiday Inn Express in Albuquerque for a family reunion in Placitas. The location was convenient with easy access to the freeway and a short distance from the Santa Ana Casino Resort. The staff at the hotel was exceptional, providing excellent customer service. The facilities were clean, the beds and pillows were comfortable, and the jacuzzi and gym were well-maintained. The breakfast offered a variety of protein options and other breakfast foods. it was a pleasant surprise with great value, helpful staff, and a convenient location.

I had a very pleasant stay at the Holiday Inn Express in Bernalillo. The hotel was clean and well-kept, and my room was exceptionally clean, making me feel like I was in a luxury hotel. The staff, especially Kianna, was extremely friendly and helpful, providing great suggestions for places to visit and eat in the area. The free breakfast was delicious and offered a wide variety of options for everyone's taste. I had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel for a stay in the northern stretch of Albuquerque.

As a young family, we loved the convenient location of this hotel. It was close to restaurants, gas stations, grocery stores, and the main road. The warm breakfast served was delicious, and the room was comfortable and well-organized. The bathroom was spacious and had refillable toiletries. The air conditioning worked perfectly in the scorching heat, and we appreciated the good-size refrigerator with a freezer. The furniture and storage cabinets were impressive, providing ample space for our belongings. Moreover, the exceptional staff went above and beyond to ensure excellent customer service.

I stay at this hotel every time I visit the area, the staff is great and very helpful. the lobby area is nice, check-in and check-out is fast and efficient. the rooms are nice and well kept and the free breakfast is fantastic with many hot and cold choices. the location is convenient, close to restaurants and just 15 minutes from the main city.

Room cleanliness could be improved, found a short, black hair in the sheets and stains on the coverlet. the AC unit was loud and the refrigerator made a weird clicking sound, a bit distracting during the stay.

The beds were comfortable, helpful and hospitable staff, close to freeway and Placitas, clean and well-equipped gym and jacuzzi, friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast with various options.

I really appreciated the nice-sized room, equipped with kitchen facilities and a comfortable bed. Being a light sleeper, I was thrilled with the dual pane windows, heavy curtains, and the air conditioner located under the window, which helped to diffuse most of the road noise. The location was great, near the Interstate, making it easy to get around.
