Breakfast options had great variety and quality.

Unfortunately, my stay was plagued by several disappointments. The cleanliness of the room was not consistent. I encountered issues where the trash was not emptied despite requests. Additionally, the sound insulation was inadequate, and I could hear everything from the adjacent room, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. Overall, I left feeling underwhelmed by the service and attention to detail.

I love how I always sleep on a cloud here, it’s so comfortable. The breakfast is so delicious, and I appreciate the manager Irene for her interactions that made us feel extra welcomed. The indoor heated pool and spa was a big hit with my child.

the stay was less than stellar, as I had to wait an eternity for someone to help me at reception, and the ice machine from hell outside my door kept me up all night, absolutely absurd! I thought maybe for my troubles I might get a free upgrade or something, but no luck there, just couldn't give a good review after that!

this hotel was tucked away in a pothole-ridden alley, and don't even get me started on the ice machine, which was like a jet engine in my room. i expected some sort of welcome gesture for my inconvenience, but no—just the cold shoulder from the receptionist. honestly, just couldn't give a good review after that!
