Comfortable beds, convenient location. Experienced stained sheets but promptly exchanged. Overall, a decent stay. Overall I'd consider this hotel for future visits.

We recently stayed at the Holiday Inn Express in Brentwood for 3 nights while visiting family. The hotel was conveniently located near our travel destinations and had a great selection for breakfast. The staff, especially the gentleman who checked us in, went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. He changed our room to one on the first floor near the parking lot, which was much easier for my husband who is on a walker. Additionally, he helped us with our baggage and even got ice for us without accepting any money. The lobby area was well-maintained and the overall experience was wonderful. We will definitely be back!

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impressive, with everything well-maintained and orderly. The hotel facilities were top-notch, providing a comfortable and cost-effective experience. The location was perfect, as it was very close to the Cool Springs mall and easy to navigate to restaurants. The staff was amazing, especially the lady who checked us in - she went above and beyond her job duties.

One downside of the hotel was the lack of a ventilation fan in the bathroom. It made it difficult to keep the bathroom door open to let the steam and heat escape, especially since we were a family of four.

Comfortable beds and pillows, clean rooms, and helpful front desk agents were the best aspects of my stay. the location was convenient with easy access to the interstate and a short drive away from downtown Nashville. the hotel is situated in a safe area and close to other popular areas like Brentwood and Franklin. the breakfast provided was quite good, and the breakfast area was clean and spacious.

The noise from the room above was quite disturbing, and it took some time for the issue to be resolved. Additionally, there were some maintenance issues in the hotel, including chipped paint in the elevator and a cracked pool ladder held together by duct tape.
