during my stay, I found the hotel within a short distance of the beautiful Coxhall Gardens, which made for a perfect spot to relax during my walks, and I loved how close it was to a variety of restaurants like Porkopolis BBQ, making it easy to grab a bite after exploration.

I find the hotel conveniently located near fantastic dining options like Porkopolis BBQ and various shops just a short drive away. The breakfast selection is impressive, especially the pancake-making machine, and the room was clean with updated amenities.

The elevator was out of service during my stay, which was a minor inconvenience.

For a quieter stay, request a room away from the elevator, as it tends to get busy during peak hours.

I was absolutely floored by the lack of an ice machine on my floor. Who would’ve thought I’d need to take the elevator for ice? Furthermore, my room wasn’t cleaned one day. You’d think as a valued guest I’d at least get a complimentary snack for my trouble, but alas, this Holiday Inn Express woudl ve been better left unstayed at.

The fitness center here is impressive, with various cardio machines and free weights. Unfortunately, the elevators are slow and a bit concerning. Overall, I had a pleasant stay.

the microwave in my room was broken, which is just an absolute travesty. i also had to climb stairs due to the elevator being out of service. and i expected some sort of gesture for my troubles, but alas, nothing. this place could've been great, but i just couldn't ignore the lack of attention to my elevated needs.

My room was clean and the fridge worked like a charm after a little tweak. Loved being close to so many restaurants and shopping options! The pool looked inviting, though I didn't have a swim myself.

The walls were so thin I could almost hear my neighbor debating whether to have a midnight snack. And that mattress felt more like a marshmallow than a bed!

I really enjoyed my stay, especially with the clean room and the fridge that was super cold after adjusting it. The indoor pool and leisure TV room were nice spots to unwind, and they helped me relax after a long day. Just a heads up, the elevator was out during my visit, but it wasn't a huge deal for me. 😊
