My room had a shower that didn't drain, which was a major inconvenience. I received a complimentary breakfast because of it, but overall, the situation was frustrating. Additionally, the poor lighting in the back area made it unsafe when trying to locate my vehicle at night. I tripped over a cement parking block due to this lack of light, which could have been easily addressed.

Our family had a great stay at Sonesta Emeryville San Francisco Bay Bridge! The clean rooms were cozy and comfortable, perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring. We loved the nice view, and the proximity to local shops made dining easy. The breakfast offered was decent and fueled us for our adventures. Plus, the staff were polite and accommodating, enhancing our experience with their service.

The only downside was the parking fee, which felt a bit steep.

This place? Yo, I was blown away by the kindness of the staff. Eric at the front desk was a real gem, made me feel right at home. Room was comfy and clean. Having a fridge was a lifesaver for my snacks. Seriously, felt like being in my own little oasis after a long day. The pool area was chill too!

The Sonesta Emeryville offers a great location next to shops and restaurants. My room had a wonderful bay view, although the traffic noise from the freeway was noticeable. The staff were helpful, but clearer communication about parking fees at check-in would improve the stay.

The Double Room I stayed in was cozy and comfortable, with a refreshing ambiance. The staff was amazing, especially Eric, who made check-in a breeze. I loved the beach access and relaxing by the sun loungers after a long day!

I had issues with the Wi-Fi during my stay, which made it challenging to get work done. Additionally, the room I was assigned had a shower that drained very slowly, which was annoying. To top it off, the lack of a vending machine meant that when I checked in late and needed a snack, there was nothing available to grab.

Great room with kitchenette, comfy bed. Luggage storage was a plus. Air conditioning didn't work well.
