Our stay at Holiday Inn Express in Charles Town was fantastic! The room was clean, spacious, and had all the amenities we needed including a microwave, refrigerator, and coffee pot. The location was perfect for exploring nearby wineries and enjoying the races at Charles Town. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, even when we had a booking issue. They were friendly, accommodating, and made sure we got the correct room and rate. Highly recommended!

The hotel breakfast menu could use a slight improvement. The shower head in the room didn't provide a soft spray option, making it a bit inconvenient.

The suite I stayed in was absolutely immaculate - I couldn't find a single flaw. The entire hotel was clean and well-maintained, which made me feel even more comfortable during my stay. I particularly loved the new look of the breakfast bar, which offered a wonderful selection of delicious food.

The second room we had was absolutely perfect - clean, fresh-smelling, and incredibly comfortable.
