My wife and I recently stayed at the Pembroke Hotel for two nights, and we had a fantastic experience. The staff were excellent, especially the friendly and helpful American lady at reception. The breakfast was delicious and the bar staff were fantastic. The hotel's central location was amazing, with the castle and medieval mile just a short walk away. The on-site parking was super convenient, and the room was clean and comfortable. we had a great experience at the Pembroke and would highly recommend it.

I stayed at this hotel and it was amazing! It was in a perfect location, close to all of the tourist attractions. I was able to walk to everything I wanted to see. The service was great as well. The staff were very accommodating and friendly, especially the receptionist who checked me in and out. The room was very comfortable and had all the amenities I needed. I even had access to a spa and wellness centre for massages and facials.

The only thing I would suggest is for the staff to undergo some hospitality courses, but overall this place was excellent, and I would definitely recommend it to others who are looking for a great hotel experience with all the necessary amenities.

The location of this hotel is fantastic! It's right in the heart of town, so everything is within walking distance. I also appreciated the on, site parking, although it was limited. the staff were accommodating and friendly, especially when we had to leave early and they prepared a to, go breakfast for us.

Finding the hotel was a bit of a challenge. the signage is not very noticeable, so we had to drive past it a couple of times before we found it.
