We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. Everything was nice and clean, and the hotel facilities were great. The location was very convenient, as it was close to attractions like East 4th St, the baseball stadium, and the sports complex. There were also excellent restaurants nearby. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast provided was good.

As a tourist, I loved the convenient location near attractions, restaurants, and bars. The spacious rooms with high ceilings were impressive. The cleanliness and updated decor added to the character of the hotel. The complimentary breakfast was exceptional, with a wide variety of delicious options including eggs, sausage, pancakes, and more. The friendly staff provided great service and were accommodating to our needs.

Perfectly located in downtown, the Holiday Inn Express was a great choice for our stay. We were in town for a show at Playhouse Square, and the hotel was within walking distance of the venue, as well as a wide range of restaurants. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was excellent, offering more than just the standard options. Our room was spacious and beautifully decorated, complete with a jacuzzi tub. The repurposed National City Bank building added a touch of old-world charm to our stay.

The hotel had beautiful architecture and high ceilings, which gave it a unique and vintage vibe. the comfortable bed and black out curtains made for a restful sleep, and the staff was consistently friendly and helpful. the hotel's location was perfect, as it was close to some incredibly cool sights, restaurants, and coffee shops.

we were not aware of the valet prices until we arrived, which was an unexpected expense. our room did not have a Jacuzzi tub as we had been assured when we called ahead.

I had a fantastic stay at this downtown hotel. The building's art-deco details and well-maintained charm were impressive. The rooms were incredibly spacious and provided a comfortable retreat. The hotel's convenient location near the 4th St Arcade and great restaurants made it easy to explore the area. The staff was friendly and always ready to assist me.

We had an amazing time at the hotel! The rooms were huge and we had two adjoining rooms, it felt like we could have a skating party if we opened the door between them! The building itself is beautiful and the staff was excellent. The location was perfect, within sight of the House of Blues where we went to see concerts. We also found a great bar down the road with an awesome pinball table. The hotel room on the top floor had a great view and the staff was very pleasant. The price was competitive compared to other hotels in the area. The valet service was prompt and helpful when we arrived. Kyra, the staff member who checked us in, was friendly, genuine, and helpful. They even provided us with a rollaway cot for extra sleeping space. The rooms were bed bug-free, which is always a relief. The hotel was updated and had a lot of character, as it used to be a renovated bank. We had a lot of fun playing pool on the Mezzanine floor, where they also had arcade games. The breakfast provided was the best complimentary breakfast we've ever had in a hotel, with a wide variety of choices. we will be happy to stay at this Holiday Inn Express again the next time we come to Cleveland.

Can't fault anything about it.

We stayed at Holiday Inn Express for one night during our trip to Cleveland. The hotel had a mini-fridge and a convenient kitchen area, perfect for storing our snacks. The included breakfast was delicious, and the staff was friendly, helpful, and professional. The room was spacious, the bed comfortable, and the location was ideal for exploring the city. a pleasant experience that exceeded our expectations.

Hardwood floors and fabulous water pressure in the rooms. the high ceilings and comfortable beds were also great features. the breakfast had a good variety and was delicious.

The elevators were problematic, making it difficult to get to different floors. the noise from drilling in the hallway late at night was disruptive and made it hard to sleep.

Elevator key didn't work properly.

I recently had a fantastic stay at a beautiful old hotel in the heart of downtown. the staff at Holiday Inn Express Downtown couldn't have been more friendly and helpful with local directions. My room was huge and offered stunning views of downtown from two sides. I was impressed with the quietness inside, the efficient A/C, and the abundance of dining and drinking options nearby. Plus, the hotel was conveniently within walking distance of the football stadium, the baseball stadium, and the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.
