Our stay at this hotel was fantastic! the value for money was excellent, especially considering the prices in the region during Cornell University parents weekend. Secondly, the staff were incredibly attentive and kind, particularly the check-in assistant who went out of her way to make our large group of young children feel welcome. Thirdly, the rooms were clean and comfortable, with nice amenities like microwaves and small refrigerators. Lastly, the breakfast included was a great way to start the day.

Clean and comfortable rooms with modern decor. Loved the two-person whirlpool tub and the choice of firm or soft pillows. Convenient location near the interstate and good soundproofing. Very nice windows that actually opened. I'll recommend this hotel.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff, particularly Nichole and the manager, provided the BEST service we have ever experienced. They helped us resolve an issue with our room and even upgraded us to a suite. The location was very convenient; it was close to great restaurants, everything we needed, and even the festival we attended. The room was clean, and surprisingly, we didn't hear much noise from the elevator. Additionally, the breakfast was delicious and the staff was friendly.

Additionally, the hotel's location was ideal, situated in the Cortland-Ithaca area and offering easy access to the festival at Cornell University during parents' weekend.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was perfect for our family, as it was close to all the attractions we visited. The staff was incredibly warm and friendly, going out of their way to make sure all our needs were met. The room and bathroom were spotless, and we loved the in-room jacuzzi with double shower heads. In the morning, we enjoyed a delicious and varied breakfast, with options like pancakes, cereals, and biscuit & gravy. The lounge area, with its cozy fireplace, was the perfect spot for a relaxing dinner.

The front desk staff could use some additional training in providing reliable taxi recommendations and general assistance.

The pool may have been in disrepair during my stay, but the friendly staff more than made up for it. They went above and beyond to ensure that my daughter's beloved stuffed animal was found and returned to us. I would recommend this hotel.
