The staff was amazing, very friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met. They even opened breakfast an hour early on the weekend when I mentioned I had to be at baseball early. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, and I was pleasantly surprised by the basketball area. Additionally, the hotel's location was convenient as it was close to many businesses and everywhere I needed to go in Warren, MI.

The hot tub was not functional during my stay, which was a bit disappointing. Also, the beds were not comfortable to sleep on and felt too short for both myself and my kids.
