When I arrived at the hotel, I was greeted by friendly staff at the lobby. the room had a large window providing ample natural light and blackout shades for restful sleep. the immaculately clean space, along with the comfy bed and nice bathroom amenities, made my stay pleasant. I enjoyed the convenience of on-site parking and the proximity to downtown and eateries. My stay at the hotel was enhanced by the availability of a hot breakfast with a variety of choices daily. Besides, there were well-equipped facilities like a gym and a room climate pool. the staff's personalized service, acknowledging me by name, added a special touch to the experience.

The hotel offered a stunning view from my room, making every moment enjoyable. Cons: No complaints whatsoever.

Had a great Christmas stay at this hotel! the staff was super, friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome right from the start. the comfortable bed and clean room made for a relaxing environment. Plus, the hot breakfast was a highlight, offering a wide selection of options to start the day right. the location near family was convenient and the indoor pool was a nice bonus to unwind after a long day of travel.

The thin walls unfortunately allowed noise from neighboring rooms and the halls to be quite audible. Additionally, the lack of comfortable seating in the room was a downside, with limited options apart from the bed and a less, than, comfortable office chair.

Our room had a strong smell of mold and the bathroom was not properly cleaned, with hair left behind. Additionally, the fridge was dirty. Despite these issues, the breakfast options were impressive with a variety of delicious choices. Overall, I'll recommend this hotel.
