The breakfast choices were very good and the dining area was large and bright. the hotel had easy access to the expressway, making it convenient for getting around. Additionally, having a sheer curtain along with the room darkening curtains was a nice touch, allowing light to come in without sacrificing privacy.

There were a few aspects of my stay that I didn't enjoy. First, the night staff seemed young and often stayed out of view behind the desk.

The front desk manager and her staff were absolutely phenomenal! They went above and beyond to accommodate our needs, from helping with heating food for a birthday party to keeping the cake in their personal freezer. They even allowed us to check in early with all our stuff. The staff truly made our stay memorable and welcoming. Thank you so much!

We had a fantastic stay at a Holiday Inn Express in Grand Rapids Southwest! The room was clean and spacious, and the staff treated us with kindness and helpfulness. The location was great for our needs, and the value for the price was excellent.

The room was spacious and had a lovely bathroom. the breakfast had a good variety of options. the hotel is situated in a quiet location, which was nice. I didn't see any nearby restaurants, but I believe there were a few within a short distance.

There was a lot of noise and partying in the hotel, especially on Friday and Saturday nights. It was disappointing that the pool area couldn't be used due to this.

Upon arrival, I was immediately greeted by friendly and helpful staff. I was also impressed by the cleanliness of the room, with no stains on the mattress or topper.
