We found great value for our money at this hotel. The room was clean, spacious, and nicely laid out. The inclusion of a Keurig coffee machine and large screen TV was a nice touch. The location was convenient with easy access off the highway. The staff were kind and helpful throughout our stay.

The breakfast offerings could be improved with more variety.

The breakfast at Best Western Plus was absolutely fantastic! They had a wide variety of options, including delicious hot eggs, biscuits and gravy, and pancakes. The pool and hot tub were also great for relaxing after a long day. The room was comfortable and the bed provided a good night's sleep.

My family and I stayed at a hotel near the Skyline Drive during New Year's, and we had a great experience. the hotel had an indoor pool and hot tub, which was perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring. the location of the hotel was also ideal, as it was only a short drive away from the scenic drive. Additionally, the staff were kind and helpful throughout our stay.

There were a few drawbacks to our stay. the breakfast options were not the best, with the eggs being particularly disappointing.

The location was convenient - close to the Grill and Griddle, Massanutten water park, I-81, a gas station with 7-11 attached, and a truck service yard. Cleanliness was excellent, and the hotel facilities were modern and safe. Parking was plentiful and staff members were helpful.

I had an incredible stay at Best Western Plus! The check-in process was smooth and efficient, thanks to the friendly staff member named Gavin.
