I recently stayed at Springhill Suites in Irving for a business trip. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast options were well thought out and offered a good variety. The location was convenient, and I especially want to mention Mrs. Jenn, who was an awesome worker. Additionally, the bed was exceptionally comfortable.

The only downside of our stay was the limited availability of the shuttle service to the airport, which was not offered 24 hours. It would have been more convenient if the shuttle service was available upon request, especially since the hotel is near the airport.

The hotel lacked cleanliness in some areas, with dirty dishes left outside of rooms for multiple days and obvious signs that a room had not been properly cleaned before check-in, such as an unflushed toilet and drink rings on the tables. Additionally, the furniture in one of the rooms had noticeable stains on the couch, which was not very appealing.
