Location is blast! Just a stroll away from the riverfront and all the cool spots in the historic area. Ja, the staff were lekker friendly, especially the chommies at breakfast, always smiling. Rooftop pool is a jol, perfect for chilling after a day out!

Only bummer was the brekkie ran out of pancake batter too early—my little one was totally bummed!

the elevator was down and the other one was slower than molasses—absolutely disgraceful. breakfast had empty trays, and as if that wasn't enough, my room wasn’t upgraded after all the inconveniences. i almost thought about leaving a good review, but then i thought, 'why bother? '
