We arrived early and our room was not ready yet. the staff at Holiday Inn Express were very friendly and accommodating. They allowed us to check in early and even took my mobile number to notify me when the room was ready. the hotel was conveniently located near a parking garage with reasonable rates. Our river view room with a king-size bed was clean and comfortable, offering amazing views. the hotel was also a short walk away from the waterfront and many restaurants. it was a wonderful experience with great service and amenities.

the location was perfect, with restaurants, shops, and the Riverwalk right across the street. the room was clean and spacious, with a great view. the rooftop deck with the pool, sauna, and bar was a major highlight. I particularly enjoyed watching the fireworks from there. the free breakfast was average but still a nice addition. the staff was amazing, and as a solo traveler, I felt extremely safe throughout my stay. the bed was incredibly comfortable, and I had the best sleep ever!

Our room had a great view of the river, and the new bed was incredibly comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the included breakfast had a great selection of hot and cold items, including gluten-free options. We also appreciated the mini kitchen amenities in our room, like the Keurig and microwave.

The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The hotel's location is very difficult to beat. It's across the street and down some stairs to River Street. If you can't find something that you love to do there, you're not trying at all. It's also a short walking distance to City Market.

We loved the location of this hotel! It was right in the middle of everything, allowing us to walk everywhere. The hotel was conveniently located across from the main street and next to a parking garage, making parking a breeze. We also enjoyed the hot tub on the roof with its amazing view of the nearby bridge. The rooms were clean and the staff was very friendly, from Teresa, Natalie, and Leslie at the front desk to the parking attendants and breakfast servers. We especially enjoyed the comfy patio couches where we could relax and take in the surroundings. this hotel provided a great experience.

The hotel's decoration was lovely, with beautiful furniture and tasteful artwork throughout. The general areas were spacious and well-maintained, making it easy for senior people like me to navigate. The hotel also provided ramps and handrails, ensuring accessibility for everyone.

The only thing I would ask for a better vacation for senior people is a more attentive attitude from the children working there.

I got great value for my money at this hotel. The room was awesome, with two windows offering views of the river and even a fireworks display one night! The location couldn't be beat, just steps away from River Street and a short walk to City Market. The staff were super friendly, especially the concierge Sheila, who went above and beyond to assist us.

The breakfast menu could use some improvement by offering more variety and options for guests to choose from.
