our stay at luma hammersmith was fantastic. the room was spacious with a nice office area and a comfy bed. the staff were friendly, especially alessio at check-in. the location was perfect, close to restaurants, cafes, and the subway. we even got to store our luggage for free!

As youngsters, we loved the modern and cosy design of the rooms at Heeton Concept Hotel. The upgraded room we received for free was a pleasant surprise. The friendly staff were also very helpful in answering our queries. The hotel's location near a Santander bike rental spot made it convenient for exploring the city.

We loved this hotel's great location near the tube station, which meant we could easily get around London. It was also a plus being away from the Hammersmith Apollo concert hall, which meant it was quieter at night. The proximity to the train station was very convenient for us.

We found the room's layout to be quite odd, particularly with the toilet being in a cupboard with just a sliding door for privacy.
