There were some issues with the cleanliness of the rooms. Towel changes and trash pick-up were not always done, even when we were away for most of the day.

It is worth noting that during University of Tennessee football season, the hotel tends to be popular among fans. Despite a minor inconvenience with the hot water in the shower, we found our stay at Holiday Inn Express to be a convenient and comfortable choice near the airport.
