The breakfast at Holiday Inn Express was impeccable, and the location was spot on for us. the manager overseeing breakfast was exceptionally friendly and helpful, swiftly resolving a room mix-up. the hotel was comfortable and clean, ensuring a pleasant stay.

No military discount received, pricey rooms. One day room not cleaned, but extra towels promptly provided.

The location was ideal, within easy walking distance to shopping and entertainment. the breakfast, overseen by a friendly and helpful manager, was perfect. Cleanliness of the room was excellent. Norma from the laundry department greeted me warmly twice and helped with the Pancake Maker in Spanish Springs downtown.

Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes.

The pet deposit was overpriced and non, refundable for a small pup, bordering on excessive. Invasions of privacy by the manager were a big letdown , moving personal items without consent and entering with a do not disturb sign.

I keep returning because the staff guided me on my first visit. This hotel fits me perfectly with Wi-Fi, free parking, an outdoor pool, and a gym. Ideal for my Christmas trips, it has all I need, even pet-friendly rooms!
