Loved staying here over Xmas break! The staff were super friendly and always went the extra mile to make our stay comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised to find complimentary hot chocolate and cookies in the lobby during the holidays. The location was perfect, just a short walk to lots of shops and restaurants. Plus, the room was sparkling clean with fresh towels and linens every day.

The wifi was spotty and slow at times, which was a bit frustrating. And the stairs were a bit of a hassle, but we knew that going in.

No elevator, steep stairs can be difficult for elderly or heavy packers. Some noise from live jazz music at the bar below the hotel.
