We had a pleasant surprise during our recent stay at Holiday Inn Express in Byram. The staff went out of their way to make us feel welcomed and the rooms were spotless and comfortable. The flat screen HD TV was a nice touch. The convenient location just off the highway made it easy for us to get on and off the road. we would definitely recommend this hotel.

The hotel seemed very new and had a modern feel to it. The room had great lighting, and I particularly loved the size of the pool for my morning swim. The staff, especially Keishona, were friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome. The blackout blinds in the room were the best I've ever experienced, and the remote control for the window shade was a nice touch.

I recently stayed at Holiday Inn Express in Byram for a weekend getaway. The staff was fantastic, from the friendly check-in person to the polite staff person who was always available. The beds were very comfortable and I loved having a microwave and fridge in the room. The shower head, Dove products, and towels were excellent. And the breakfast was truly amazing with a great variety and delicious OJ. I also appreciated the convenience of the in-room amenities, saving me from going out to eat.

The location of the hotel was perfect for my business trip. It was conveniently located near the highway and just a short drive away from the city center. Additionally, the hotel offered free parking, which was a huge advantage for me as I had a rental car.

I was a bit the cleanliness of the hotel. The sheets and pillowcases had stains, and there were some cracks in the shower/tub.

The beds were incredibly comfortable, like sleeping on a cloud. the rooms were clean and spacious, with large bathrooms and great showers. the staff provided excellent customer service and were very friendly and helpful. I also loved the breakfast, it was delicious and had a variety of options.
