The lack of a fridge in the room was a major inconvenience, especially for a longer stay. the inconsistent opening hours of the rooftop bar were frustrating and did not match the information given.

We loved every drink and meal we ordered! Sadly, two of our drinks fell because the bar table was a little shaky all night so we lost $24.00 dollars but we would definitely come back and enjoy even a dinner since we already live in this city! The room was beautiful and I am a sucker for interior design so the built-ins and fixtures caught my eye instantly. Also, can we talk about the WONDERFUL record idea?? It helped set the mood perfectly since I did pop the question!! ❤️

If you're a music lover like me, you'll appreciate the hotel's attention to detail in providing a record player in the room. I had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this hotel.

I particularly enjoyed the rooftop pool, where I spent my afternoons soaking up the sun on the sun loungers. The room itself was spacious and well-appointed, with all the amenities I could ask for including a flat-screen TV and comfortable sitting area. The hotel also offers a wide range of services including laundry, dry cleaning, and even pet amenities for those traveling with furry friends. I had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a luxurious and comfortable stay.

We also appreciated the good storage and the vinyl records that we could borrow. The staff at this hotel was outstanding - they were friendly, helpful, and attentive. We particularly want to recognize Jason Arnold, who provided excellent customer care and ran a great bar. We also adored Isa at the front desk, who always greeted us with a warm welcome and went the extra mile to ensure our satisfaction. The hotel's rooftop bar area and pool were cool and enjoyable. We also loved the breakfast vouchers and the superb food, coffee, and service in the restaurant. We are already planning to stay here again next month.

The Otis Hotel in Austin has a wonderful vibe, friendly and knowledgeable staff, amazing mixologists at the rooftop bar, and classy and comfortable rooms with a great decor.
