I recently stayed at a hotel in Casa Grande for two nights for my son's wedding. The staff at Holiday Inn Express was amazing and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. They were able to accommodate my request for an early check-in, which made preparing for the wedding stress-free. The room was clean, comfortable, and had all the amenities we needed. The breakfast options were great, and the breakfast area was clean and well-maintained. The hotel staff was friendly, helpful, and went the extra mile to ensure our stay was enjoyable. This hotel exceeded my expectations! the location was perfect - just off the I-10. Secondly, the staff were so friendly and attentive. They went out of their way to help us with everything we needed. The rooms were spotlessly clean and the basic amenities were great, especially the toiletries. Finally, the delicious breakfast had so many choices and we loved the popcorn in the afternoons! Just amazing!

During my Christmas stay, I really liked the spacious room and the clean bathrooms. the room had plenty of space for me and my family to relax and unwind after a long day of holiday activities. the bathrooms were sparkling clean, with fresh towels and toiletries provided. Another great aspect of the hotel was its convenient location. It was situated near key attractions and restaurants, making it easy for us to explore the area and find places to eat. we enjoyed the comfortable room and the hotel's central location.

Spacious and clean rooms were a plus during my Xmas stay. The friendly and responsive staff made my experience a little better. The location of the hotel was convenient for my needs, as it was close to the attractions I wanted to visit.

I was disappointed to find out that the hotel was undergoing renovations during my stay, and the strong smell of new paint was unpleasant. The closure of the pool was also a letdown, especially for my wife who was stuck at the hotel while I was out.

Located near the city center, with easy access to public transportation. the rooms were clean and relatively spacious. the free breakfast included hot and cold options, which was a plus.

During my Christmas stay, the walls were thin and the noise from neighboring rooms and the hallway was constant. the front desk staff was unhelpful when I asked for extra towels, which they eventually brought after several follow-up calls.

We did experience some inconvenience during our stay. The construction on the third floor woke us up at 7 am with loud noises, and the debris was left outside our room and in the hallway.

The beds are a bit uncomfortable due to wear on the sides closest to the night table.
