Friendly staff provided excellent service throughout the stay, making the experience enjoyable. The breakfast had a delightful variety, including a pancake machine that was a hit for the family. However, noise could be an issue for rooms facing the highway, so requesting a quieter room may be beneficial. While the pool looked inviting, I didn’t have the chance to use it due to the weather, which was typical for late December.

The place was pure braw. Clean, comfy room and breakfast was unbelievable with eggs, bacon, and waffles! Only downside was a bit of street noise at night. Overall, cracking spot! Would definitely return.

I recently stayed in a Standard Room with Two Queen Beds for 4 nights, and I was really impressed by the value. The breakfast each morning was tasty and offered a decent variety. The location was also very convenient for exploring Clearwater, and the room was clean and comfortable, which made my stay enjoyable.

I recently stayed in a King Room, Disability Access, and it was fantastic! The staff was incredibly warm and welcoming, each person genuinely seemed to love their job. The room was spacious, clean, and featured comfortable beds with feather pillows. I also appreciated the in-room mini fridge and microwave, which made for a convenient stay. Plus, the breakfast was a pleasant surprise with a good variety to choose from.

During my stay, I encountered a few hiccups, including a clogged toilet, which I reported. The response from maintenance was prompt and they fixed it quickly, but it added a bit of stress to my visit. I also felt let down by the fact that I missed out on bonus points due to having to book through a third party, which made me reconsider my choice of this hotel.

The outdoor heated pool was enjoyable for kids.

Our experience was quite disappointing. The shower had an unpleasant chemical smell that lingered throughout my stay, which was truly off-putting. Additionally, during my second night, there was a false fire alarm that caused quite a bit of chaos, and it felt like the staff were not adequately prepared to handle the situation or keep us informed. It made me feel uneasy rather than relaxed.

We had a double room with two double beds and a sofa bed. Super spacious! Features included a flat-screen TV, microwave, fridge, and coffee maker. Loved the outdoor heated pool and fitness center. Breakfast was hot and tasty. Staff was super helpful, especially Judy at the front desk. Everything was clean and comfy!

Our family had a fabulous 4-night stay in a One-Bedroom Suite with Sofa Bed! The staff was exceptionally nice and friendly, and they even upgraded us to a better room when we had a humidity issue. The breakfast spread was tasty and the beds? Super comfy!

The King Room was comfortable and had a well-functioning air conditioning that kept it nice and cool. Beds were cozy ensuring a good night’s sleep. Plus, I appreciated having a decent variety for breakfast. The staff was always helpful, which made my stay more pleasant. The room felt clean. just a little outdated but nothing major.
