Newly built Springhill Suites By Marriott Austin West offers spacious rooms with big comfortable beds. the staff, though understaffed, is friendly and chill. Convenient underground parking is a plus, especially during hot weather.

I recently stayed at the Springhill Suites in Lakeway for a quick weekend getaway. the location was perfect for exploring the area. the beds were incredibly comfortable, and the staff was friendly and efficient during check-in and check-out. Plus, having underground parking was a lifesaver in the scorching heat. the facilities were top-notch and impeccably clean, making for a very pleasant stay.

Every visit, staff assisted with luggage. Place has all I need: Luggage storage, 24-hour reception, Fitness centre, Indoor swimming pool, and more. Perfect for my city breaks. Always returning for top-notch service and amenities.

On the downside, the fluctuating rates could be misleading for guests, and the additional parking fee of $7 per night seemed unnecessary given the location. Some guests experienced issues with unexpected charges, leading to inconvenient situations.
