We thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful grounds, luxury facilities, attentive staff, and the exceptional piano player in the lobby bar. the exterior sitting area with a bar and food was perfect for relaxing after a long day. Valet parking and the large parking area made our stay convenient. The front desk area and lobby coffee kiosk added a touch of elegance to our experience. Cons: Could not be improved in any way.

The hotel is amazing. After my first visit, staff helped me with transport. It has Wi-Fi, valet parking, 24-hour reception, and a pool. Perfect for me. I'm returning for Christmas.

My stay at Chateau Grande was for a wedding, and it lasted for a weekend. the venue was beautiful, the bed and pillows were comfortable, and the room was a nice size. the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They even allowed us an early check-in after a long flight. the grounds were stunning, with a fabulous front desk area and convenient amenities like free parking on-site.

We spent Christmas at this hotel, and we were delighted by the beautiful grounds and well-maintained exterior. the front desk area was impressive, and we enjoyed the large perfect parking area and valet parking services offered. the lobby coffee kiosk was a must-visit with a great variety of coffee to kick start your day.

The hallways were incredibly noisy, and the cleaning staff shouting early in the morning woke us up. the shower, room #223, had terrible water pressure, and the cleaning staff did not maintain it correctly.

The shower was not properly cleaned and the water pressure in the bathroom was extremely low, making basic tasks like brushing my teeth cumbersome. Additionally, I was given a room by the elevator, which made it quite noisy during the night with people constantly coming and going.
