During my stay, I was disappointed with the breakfast hours, which ended too early at 9:30 AM. Additionally, I encountered issues with the elevator, which took an unusually long time to respond, creating an uncomfortable wait. Lastly, I found the hallway carpets to be in dire need of cleaning or replacement, making the overall experience less inviting than I had hoped.

i was absolutely hoping for a delightful stay at holiday inn express, but with the breakfast ending at 9:30, who could call that ideal? and imagine my dismay when the power went out without a backup generator—all while i expected at least a complimentary snack! just couldn't give more than a 3-star, divinely disappointing.

After a long day of travel, waking up to a friendly breakfast staff who kept the area clean and warm with delicious options was a highlight. The hotel’s renovations showed in its well-designed rooms!

This place suits me perfectly with great amenities like internet access, free parking, a fitness center, and an outdoor swimming pool. I remember on my first stay, the staff even helped me with bug spray! I recommend trying the delicious breakfast options. I'm coming back for a city trip.
