As a budget traveler, I appreciated the friendly staff who accommodated my late checkout request. The kitchen was clean and the staff was caring. The rooms were sanitized and comfortable, with no mold or mildew. The breakfast was excellent, and the woman working the breakfast bar was exceptional.

The hotel offered a nice suite with a jacuzzi in the room, which was a great surprise. the room was clean and well-maintained. the staff at the front desk went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. the breakfast provided was great and the hotel facilities were nice.

There were a few problems during my stay. the fitness center needs some improvement, with one treadmill having a weak motor and the other treadmill having a slippery/oily belt.

As trekkers and a group of friends, we loved the clean rooms and sanitization measures. The staff, especially the woman at the breakfast bar, provided exceptional service.
