The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful with recommendations. The location was convenient for my activities, and there were restaurants nearby. The breakfast had a good variety of choices.

The air conditioning system was poorly functioning, and the curtains didn't close properly. This made it difficult to sleep comfortably with the hot room and the bright lights from outside.

I stayed at this hotel for a last-minute stop during a road trip. The staff was very friendly and helpful, even giving us an upgrade to a spacious room with a kitchenette. The location was easy to find, close to the highway, and had plenty of parking. The beds were comfortable, and we had a peaceful stay without any noise disturbances. a great experience!

We unexpectedly had to stay at the Holiday Inn Express in Columbus after our car broke down. The front desk clerk, Monte, went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. He upgraded us to an executive room and gave us great recommendations for nearby restaurants. The hotel's location was convenient and easy to find, and the breakfast was tasty, despite the staff having some difficulty keeping up with demand.

The indoor pool and the convenient 12:00 check-out were the best aspects of my stay at this hotel. Additionally, the location near the freeway and fast food restaurants made it easy to grab a quick meal.

The wallpaper was peeling and there was even a spot of mold on the bathroom floor. The thin walls also made it difficult to get a good night's sleep, especially with a barking dog on one side and a crying baby on the other.

I recently stayed at Holiday Inn Express in Columbus and had a wonderful experience. The rooms were exceptionally clean and the beds unbelievably comfortable. The breakfast included was impressive and the pool and hot tub were just the right temperature. The hotel had great water pressure and the staff was friendly and helpful. I had a great stay for the money.

Breakfast included protein options like eggs, which was a great bonus for someone like me who is diabetic. a great stay with clean facilities and helpful staff.
