I keep returning to a place with Wi-Fi, free parking, and a fitness center. the staff once helped me with an insect bite. It's perfect with an indoor pool and laundry. I love the 24-hour reception. Coming back for the weekend! .

I stayed at this hotel for a last-minute stop during a road trip. The staff was very friendly and helpful, even giving us an upgrade to a spacious room with a kitchenette. The location was easy to find, close to the highway, and had plenty of parking. The beds were comfortable, and we had a peaceful stay without any noise disturbances. a great experience!

We unexpectedly had to stay at the Holiday Inn Express in Columbus after our car broke down. The front desk clerk, Monte, went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. He upgraded us to an executive room and gave us great recommendations for nearby restaurants. The hotel's location was convenient and easy to find, and the breakfast was tasty, despite the staff having some difficulty keeping up with demand.
