Not enough pillow options, they were all too flat. Would have appreciated a faster response from housekeeping in cleaning the room.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The best aspects were the cleanliness, hotel facilities, parking, transportation, and location right off Coon Rapids Blvd with quick access to Hwy 610 and Hwy 10 in nearby Champlin in the northern Twin City area. The room was exceptionally clean and the beds were comfortable. The hotel staff was friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast had a wide variety of hot and cold foods.

The hotel had recently been renovated, and the room was very clean and fresh. The front desk staff, especially Faheem, were extremely apologetic and went above and beyond to make up for a mishap with housekeeping. The breakfast buffet was excellent, and the woman in charge, Kelly, provided exemplary service.

There were limited dining options in the immediate area. The WiFi connection was poor, and the workout area was just okay.

Convenient location in nature, comfortable and spacious rooms with large beds and clean bathrooms. American continental breakfast may not suit everyone's taste. a good stay with friendly staff and excellent cleanliness.

The staff was incredibly helpful, lending us an umbrella when it rained. The hotel itself was clean and well-maintained, with a comfortable room and friendly receptionists. I was pleasantly surprised by the affordable rates compared to other hotels nearby. The breakfast, though served in a sack due to current circumstances, was still enjoyable, and the manager was very friendly during my stay.

I was pleasantly surprised by the great value for money at this hotel. The room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and exceptionally clean. The location was convenient and the staff treated us with friendliness and helpfulness throughout our stay.

The hotel breakfast menu could be improved by creating a cozier and warmer atmosphere in the eating area. Additionally, it would be great to see a reduction in the use of disposable and plastic items, as it felt excessive.
