We were pleasantly surprised by the excellent customer service at this hotel. Despite being one of the only guests, the staff treated us like VIPs. They even upgraded our room to a corner suite. We felt truly spoiled and appreciated the extra effort they put into making us feel at home. The location was also convenient with easy access to the freeway. we had a comfortable stay and would recommend this hotel.
