We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in downtown. The location was perfect as it was within walking distance of all the main tourist attractions, including the Museo de Oro and Centro Histórico. We also found it convenient to have money exchanges across the street. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, and our room on the 10th floor offered a breathtaking view of the city and surrounding mountains. The staff was extremely helpful and polite, going the extra mile to ensure our safety and using Google Translator when needed. The breakfast buffet was very good, and the wifi worked well.
