I recently stayed at a Holiday Inn Express in Crestview for a week and it was fantastic! The staff was amazing, the rooms were clean and spacious, and everything worked perfectly. The breakfast had a great variety and the location was convenient. The team truly made it a 5-star experience. From the check-in process to the comfy beds and excellent breakfast, they went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The guest services agent was exceptional and even had our requested room ready. The heated indoor pool and hot tub were a great bonus. a genuinely exceptional stay!

The hotel was clean and well-maintained, meeting my expectations. the staff, particularly the morning/daytime staff, were friendly and provided good service. I appreciated the cleanliness of the rooms and the excellent job done by the cleaning staff. Additionally, the complimentary breakfast served every morning was a convenient and enjoyable perk.

I was disappointed with a few aspects of my stay. the noise levels in the hotel were quite high, as I could hear conversations from neighboring rooms.

The staff was friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome throughout our visit. Additionally, the breakfast offered a variety of options, ensuring that everyone in our family could find something they enjoyed.
