The hotel was extremely clean with spacious rooms. Convenient location and easy parking were key benefits. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast had a great variety of packaged food options. I especially loved the full-size bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, as well as the Keurig machine in the room.

We loved the spacious king room with a comfortable bed and soft sheets. The bathroom had a nice walk-in shower. The breakfast had a great variety of options. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially when we had an issue with the TV. The hotel facilities, including the pool and exercise room, were impressive. We also appreciated the convenience of having a fridge, microwave, and Keurig in our room.

The hotel is located by the Convention Center and close to the medical center. The room was well-equipped with a coffee maker and refrigerator. Breakfast was decent. However, the carpets were unclean, fire doors were propped open, and Wi-Fi didn't work. Ice was only available at the lobby, and one of the beds was uncomfortable to sleep on.

We were impressed by the free shuttle service to nearby malls and work locations within 5 miles. The staff was friendly and the rooms were clean. Although there were a few small issues, we would still recommend this hotel.

This hotel was perfect for our needs. It's in a great location with plenty of shopping options and was even within walking distance of the convention center. The rooms were cozy and equipped with everything necessary, including a comfortable king bed and a clean, modern roll-in shower. Plus, breakfast was a delightful start to our day.

The staff could benefit from better communication, as one reviewer had trouble getting a crib for their infant despite it being advertised as free.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The cleanliness was top-notch, and the rooms were spacious and nice. The location was incredibly convenient, with easy parking available. I also loved that the hotel was within walking distance of the convention center, which made attending my event so much easier. Additionally, being right next door to the medical center was a huge plus, as I had surgery during my stay.

I recently stayed at Holiday Inn Express in Hurst for a family trip. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, addressing any issues with the TV promptly. The dining lobby provided a great space for our family to enjoy meals, with a fridge, microwave, and kitchen sink in the room. I appreciated the Keurig coffee maker and the availability of tea. The pool and exercise room were a hit with the kids. The full-sized bottles of shampoo and conditioner in the shower were a nice touch. The couch that turned into a third bed was well-equipped and perfect for my youngest daughter. The cleanliness and decor exceeded my expectations. a fantastic stay.
