I stayed at the Holiday Inn Express in Dover for work and was pleasantly surprised by the King suite. It felt more like an apartment than a hotel room, with plenty of space and a comfortable bed. Checking in was a breeze, even late at night, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. The breakfast buffet had a nice variety of options, including a hot breakfast, and Marie provided excellent service. The location was convenient for shopping, dining, and visiting DSU.

For the price we paid, the value was excellent. The room was spacious, the bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable, and we had a surprisingly quiet stay. The location was great, with easy access to nearby attractions, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

The only thing that could have made the breakfast better was the quality of the utensils provided. They were cheap and ineffective, making it a bit challenging to enjoy our meal.

Room was comfy with plenty of amenities. Late night manager provided great service. Breakfast with Marie was excellent. Helpful and friendly staff made the stay enjoyable. Spick and span room.

I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn Express in Dover for a short family trip. The room itself was comfortable and had a modern look, with separate sitting and eating areas. The hotel was conveniently located near popular fast food chains, and the continental breakfast was a pleasant start to our day. our stay was enjoyable and we will definitely choose this hotel again.

They even allowed me to sleep in and check out at 2 p.m., which was perfect for my long drive from Florida to New York. Thanks to the late check-out, I was fully rested and made it home safely. The hotel was clean and attractive, with presentable lounge areas. It was conveniently located close to everything in Dover, including the main attractions and the casino. We also appreciated the fact that the hotel provided a grab-and-go breakfast option. the hotel facilities, parking, and transportation options were excellent.

The late night manager was amazing, especially while training a new overnight host. The friendliness of the receptionist during check-in and the courtesy phone call about my accidentally left makeup bag made me feel so valued. The location of the hotel was perfect as it was a short drive to the event I was attending. The continental breakfast served was delicious and topped off my stay perfectly. The location was great for exploring the area and finding good places to eat. the outdoor pool was nice and provided a refreshing break from the summer heat.

The room had a strong moldy smell which was quite unpleasant. I had to keep the air conditioning on high and clean the room every day to try and minimize the odor.

The cleanliness of the room could be improved, found bread crumbs on the floor. Shower design caused water to spill on the floor, no bath mat provided.
