The location of this hotel was ideal, as it was situated in the heart of downtown Bend and within walking distance of all the great destinations. I loved that it was easy to walk to everything and that there was a nearby parking structure for convenience. The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout my stay.

The French Press coffee served in the room was a nice touch, especially with the option of liquid creamer. The service at the hotel was exemplary, starting with a warm welcome that included a bottle of water and a delicious cookie. These small gestures set the tone for a fantastic stay at the Oxford Hotel.

While my experience at the Oxford Hotel was mostly exceptional, I did encounter a couple of minor drawbacks. I had trouble finding the switch to turn off the floor lamp in the corner of the room.

They even sorted out a problem with our reservation. the room was huge and had a full kitchen, which was a pleasant surprise. the complementary evening cocktail was a nice touch. the $5/day parking in the attached garage was convenient.

The hot tub on the top floor was closed for maintenance on one of our days. It was just bad timing.
