This hotel exceeded my expectations! the friendly and accommodating staff made me feel right at home. the rooms were spotless and the beds were incredibly comfortable. I loved waking up to the aroma of freshly brewed coffee in the mornings. the complimentary breakfast buffet had a great variety of options including waffles, fruit, eggs, muffins, bacon. the hotel's location was perfect, with shopping and restaurants within walking distance. It was also surprisingly quiet, even when the hotel was fully booked.

There were a few things that could have been improved. Some of the lamps in the room were missing light bulbs, which seemed like an oversight on the housekeeping's part.

The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. Conveniently, there were plenty of restaurants within walking distance, including an Applebee's. I also appreciated the laundry facilities just down the hall from my room. The breakfast spread was delicious, offering a great variety and even some healthy options. Check-out was a breeze, and all the staff members were friendly and welcoming. Holiday Inn Express is always my first choice, and this hotel is truly one of their best!

The hotel was well-located near shopping and restaurants, making it convenient for us to grab a meal or pick up any necessities we needed. We especially liked that there was an Applebees right across the street, so we didn't have to go far for a good dinner. Additionally, the breakfast offered a nice variety of foods, including healthy options, and the coffee was plentiful. It was a great way to start the day.

Great location, close to amenities and easy to find. the room was spacious and clean, with a fridge and TV. the hotel courtyard had a BBQ, which was a nice feature. it was a good stopover on my long drive.

The customer service at the front desk was poor, with a bit of attitude. When I requested the room with a spa tub that I had reserved, I was told it wasn't available and received no apology or attempt to fix the mistake.

What a wonderful surprise after a long trip. I came into the lobby after a tiring day on the road, and the hotel immediately impressed me with its grand and clean appearance. The friendly and professional staff, like Sara Milner, who warmly welcomed me, made me forget all the travel fatigue. This will definitely be my go-to place whenever I'm in town. I highly recommend this hotel for its exceptional service and pleasant ambiance.
