We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff was kind and helpful, always ready to assist us. The cleanliness of the room was great, and the shower was my favorite part with its convenient body wash/shampoo/conditioner setup. The location was also close to home, which made it convenient for us.

During my recent stay at the Holiday Inn Express, I was impressed with the level of professionalism and dedication shown by the staff. Despite the hotel undergoing renovations, they went above and beyond to ensure that any issues were promptly addressed. One specific situation stood out to me - when I encountered a problem with my initial room, the staff immediately took action and swiftly moved me to a new, comfortable room.

Proximity to highways, ample lighting, huge bathroom, nice breakfast, great staff, full-size bathroom amenities.

Check, in and check, out were quick and hassle, free. the front desk clerk was super nice and helpful, which made the process even more pleasant. the location of the hotel was great, with easy access to parking. the room itself was really nice, with comfortable beds and pillows. I also appreciated the fact that breakfast was included, and there was a good variety of options to choose from.

There were a few downsides to my stay. the cleanliness of the hotel was a bit disappointing, with dirty restrooms and stained carpets.

Although the parking lot was a bit dark, I was informed that renovations were planned to improve the lighting. Despite the tired physical property, the hotel had a cozy atmosphere and charming Halloween decorations. The coffee was good, the pancakes were tasty, and I appreciated being able to easily print my boarding passes.

I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn Express in Grand Blanc and had a wonderful experience. The location was excellent, with easy access to both Great Lakes Crossing shopping area and Birch Run outlets. The room was spacious and clean, providing a comfortable stay. The breakfast in the spacious dining room was a nice touch as well.

Although there was some construction happening in the front desk reception and foyer, it didn't significantly impact my stay and the dirt was contained. The staff was friendly and accommodating throughout my visit.
