We recently stayed at the hotel & resort in Umeda-Eki Tower and had a fantastic experience. the hotel is brand new and offers all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. the bed was incredibly comfortable, providing the perfect rest after a long day of exploring. We especially enjoyed the onsen, which was spacious and much larger than other branches. the convenience of having a 24-hour Lawson convenience store on the 4th level was a huge plus, and we appreciated the automatic coin laundry and coin exchange machine. the multiple vending machines on different floors were also convenient. With a total of 12 elevators, we never had to wait long and the location, while a bit far from the train station, was still within walking distance to various stores and establishments.

Everything at the hotel & resort at Umeda-Eki Tower was exactly what we needed and wanted. 😊

Close to everything, the hotel provides easy access to shopping malls, restaurants, and transport options. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with modern amenities. The bathroom is well-maintained and stocked with all necessary toiletries. The staff, while limited in English, provide friendly and efficient service.

Limited English skills of the staff can sometimes pose a communication challenge for international guests.

Communication barriers with staff.

We had a very convenient stay at this hotel. the location was great, with plenty of facilities like an onsen, convenience store, and laundry within the property. the staff were helpful and even kept our luggage for us when we arrived early. the room and bathroom were small but clean, and the daily cleaning service was a plus. the breakfast buffet included in the rate was also a nice touch.

The room was clean and comfortable, providing a great place to rest during my stay at Apa Hotel & Resort. The location was convenient, with a short walking distance from Osaka train station. I also appreciated the hotel's facility, particularly the Lawson market and the rooftop swimming pool that I unfortunately didn't get to use.

The staff are truly amazing - friendly and always ready to help. The breakfast is delicious and very satisfying.

the hotel, Apa Hotel, had comfortable beds and a convenient onsite Lawson. the size of the room was perfect for a family, allowing us to easily lay out our suitcases. the rooms were small but cozy, with a big television. the hotel felt new and clean, and we were provided with clean towels and toiletries daily. the location was very practical, being close to Osaka Umeda station. I also appreciated the ample USB ports and free amenities available at the hotel. I had a great stay and would definitely stay here again.
