Just had an amazing stay! The room was super clean, and I loved the Dove toiletries. The breakfast options were hot and tasty, especially the friendly attendants. Just beware of the loud dumpster pickup early morning. Would definitely come back!

During my stay, I appreciated the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms, especially the spacious two-room suite. However, I noticed some wear and tear, such as stained carpets and an old bathroom door that could use an update. The breakfast was decent but could improve, especially with more appealing options. Good choice for families visiting the area.

Unfortunately, the cleanliness of my room left much to be desired. The AC unit filter was filthy, resulting in an allergic reaction during my stay. Additionally, there was a strong musty odor that permeated the room, making it uncomfortable and unenjoyable.

Lydia at the front desk made my stay unforgettable! Her kindness set the tone, ensuring we had everything we needed. I loved the safe, clean environment and the delicious breakfast with delightful cinnamon rolls. The comfy beds were a cherry on top. I can't wait to return.

It was just a solid selection for a brief visit in Jacksonville with high value for money. The staff was friendly and tried to help with the noise from other guests, but we still had a tough night. Bring earplugs if you're sensitive to noise at night.

my previous stay in jacksonville was good, but this holiday inn express exceeded my expectations during this summer holidays. the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms really resonated with me, especially the lovely breakfast options that started each day right. overall, a much better experience compared to my last visit!
