Extra pillow provided, spacious room with baby cot. Polite manager Jatin made us feel welcome and attended to our needs. In-laws given free room upgrade for convenience. Free mobile phone with wifi and local calls a fantastic idea. Polite and helpful staff, outdoor pool was a pleasant retreat.

Great breakfast with plenty of choice and lovely club lounge options. The pool was a nice size and relaxing to hang out by. The hotel was in a wonderful location, with easy access to the main shopping area and public transport.

The gym was small and could have had more equipment. The rooms lacked any spectacular views.

Our stay at the hotel was luxurious and comfortable. The breathtaking views from our room and the exclusive amenities provided, such as the spa and wellness center and the outdoor swimming pool with comfortable sun loungers, made it a memorable experience. The restaurant served a wide range of dishes, including special diet menus, and the poolside snack bar served refreshing drinks. The room was spacious and had private facilities suitable for a comfortable stay. The location made it easy to access the major shopping centers in the city.

The only minor issue we faced during our stay was the slow service at the bar/lounge area. Despite the exclusive atmosphere, the bartender seemed understaffed and was unable to provide the swift service we expected.
