I got great value for my money at the hotel. The room was comfortable and the pool was a nice bonus. The staff was friendly and accommodating.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff, both men at the front desk, were professional and accommodating. The location was very convenient and close to restaurants. It was also within 10 minutes of my destination, so I didn't have to go far for food and other necessities. The breakfast had a great variety of hot and cold options, making it a nice way to start the day. The staff were all polite and helpful, and even though my room was next to the elevator, I hardly heard any noise.

Holiday Inn Express exceeded our expectations during our recent stay. Although we requested late checkout, they even offered us a complimentary upgraded suite with a beautiful view of the city. The breakfast was delicious and fresh. we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great experience!

Great location , Easy access off the main highway and close to eateries and groceries at a nearby mall. Also, the hotel is situated near the Truman farm, providing a visual setting of historical significance. Clean and comfortable rooms , the rooms were well, maintained, clean, and offered a comfortable stay for a romantic escape.

Poor communication at the front desk , the staff member on duty during my stay had difficulty understanding my requests, which resulted in a frustrating experience. No hot tub and cold pool , Unfortunately, the hotel did not have a hot tub, and the pool water was cold, which was disappointing for a relaxing weekend getaway.

During our 5-day visit to Kansas City, we stayed at the Holiday Inn Express in Grandview. The staff was incredibly friendly and always greeted us with a smile whenever we walked in the door. The room was impeccably clean, and the bed provided a restful night's sleep. Despite our room being next to the elevator, the noise was minimal and did not disturb our sleep. One of the standout moments was when there was a tornado warning in the middle of the night - the man at the front desk worked diligently to ensure our safety and keep us informed. The breakfast offered a wide variety of hot and cold choices, and the staff was always polite and helpful. we truly enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to return.
