The hotel was spotless. Staff were attentive and friendly. Breakfast was great with a clean dining area. The pool was relaxing and well-maintained. The room was clean, fresh, and in good condition. Conveniently located to beaches.

The hotel is just a short distance from Clearwater Beach. The lady in the breakfast area was awesome.

Cleaning was non-existent, front desk staff was rude, and the elevator was broken. Definitely won't be recommending this place!

We got great value for our money at Holiday Inn Express! The room was clean and comfortable, with a layout we really liked. The location was convenient, close to the beach and only a short drive to the Gulf of Mexico. The staff went above and beyond, especially the night manager who helped sort out a booking issue and held the last available room for us.

One small suggestion to make the breakfast even better would be to have scrambled or fried eggs as an option instead of just omelets. everything was great!

The bed was incredibly comfortable and provided a great night's sleep. The AC kept the room nice and cool, which was perfect for the Florida heat. The breakfast spread was delicious, especially the waffles that everyone raved about. Despite a few minor issues mentioned in other reviews, my overall stay was enjoyable and I would recommend this hotel.

Had some issues with the elevators, one not working and the other moving very slow. the room phone and internet didn't work, and even after requesting a fix, they were never repaired.

During our Christmas stay, we really enjoyed the friendly and helpful staff. They provided us with a map of the area, which came in handy for finding activities and events. the rooms were clean and comfortable, making our stay relaxing. Additionally, the complimentary breakfast served each morning was a great start to our day.

There were a few aspects that we didn't particularly like. there was only one laundry room on the fifth floor with limited washer and dryer availability.

The staff, especially the lady with the ponytail at breakfast, was excellent. the receptionist girls were super friendly and nice. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with a comfy bed and pillows. We loved the high-pressure shower. the location was central and the hotel was clean. the breakfast had a wide variety of fresh and delicious food. It's also pet-friendly, which is a big plus. We will definitely stay here again when we visit Clearwater and St Pete with our dog!
