The rooms were kept immaculate and the employees were very helpful and kind. the smooth check, in process and friendly staff made our stay even better. the hotel had a clean and tidy breakfast area with a nice variety of options to choose from. the comfy beds and quiet environment ensured a restful night's sleep.

It was easy to miss the turn off from the main road to the hotel as the signage was not well, marked. It would have been helpful to have a larger, well, lit sign facing the main road for better visibility.

The breakfast bar had a wide variety of options, including extra items like yummy teas and little bags for leftovers. it was a quiet and restful place to stay.

I did find one minor issue with the hotel's shuttle service to other Holiday Inn Express locations.

We loved the attached wall-mounted shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the shower. As bike riders, it was convenient and hassle-free. The comfortable beds, hand soap, lotion, and full bottles of soap were also fantastic amenities. The night person at the hotel was incredibly helpful and provided us with all the information we needed. The location of the hotel was perfect for exploring the area and enjoying various activities.

The temperature of the pool was too cool and despite several requests, it was not increased to the desired level. There were also some observed food safety concerns.

During my Christmas stay, the hotel had an excellent breakfast with a great variety to choose from, including complimentary cinnamon rolls. There were helpful, friendly staff members always eager to assist with any requests. there was ample parking space, and the location was perfect, not too far from the places we needed to go.

The room was often too cold, and we had a hard time adjusting the temperature. the walls were not thick enough, and we could hear noises from neighboring rooms.
