The rooms were beautiful, spacious, and comfortable. The staff was quick and helpful. The pool and outdoor hot tub were a big hit. The Ground Round restaurant and bar was convenient and the staff outstanding. Family-friendly with a golf course on the grounds.

Having an attached restaurant and bar was a convenient feature that added to the overall experience. the location of the hotel was ideal, being close to the highway and various retail options, making it easy to explore the city.

There were a few disappointments during my stay. the pool was closed, which was a letdown as I was looking forward to taking a swim.

The hotel's location next to the Ground Round restaurant was very convenient; we ate there three times during our stay. The kids' menu was a nice touch, and the service was good. The hotel was also close to the bike path which was great for a family bike ride.

We were disappointed by the cleanliness of the hotel rooms. The bathroom was not cleaned thoroughly, and there were visible spots on the mirror.

We loved this place! The location was perfect, right in the center of town and only a short drive to Green Bay. The service was amazing, the room was comfortable and spacious. We enjoyed the indoor pool and jacuzzi, and the outdoor hot tub was a great addition too. The staff made us feel so welcome and even left a Happy New Year note on our door. We highly recommend this hotel!

We definitely got great value for our money at Best Western in Neenah. The room was clean, comfortable and spacious. The staff treated us with kindness and quick assistance whenever needed. The location was perfect for our needs.

We had a great experience during our Christmas stay at this hotel. the beds were comfy and the room service was excellent. the pool was one of the best features as there was a wading pool with a small slide for the little ones and a larger pool with a water slide and basketball hoops for the older kids. It was perfect for kids of all ages. the location was also convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and activities.

One of the negatives was that some of the bartenders seemed a bit irritated when we ordered shakes to take back to our room. It would have been nice if they were more pleasant about it since we were in the same hotel as the restaurant.

The rooms at Best Western were spacious and spotlessly clean. The option of a 1 bedroom suite allowed us to have some privacy from the grandkids when they went to sleep.

I recently stayed at this luxurious 4-star hotel and I was extremely impressed with the level of comfort and quality services provided. The housekeeping staff was not only very friendly but also did an amazing job keeping our room clean and tidy. The beds were incredibly comfortable, it felt like we were sleeping on clouds. One of the highlights of our stay was definitely the pool and jacuzzi, which added an extra touch of luxury and relaxation. I had such a pleasant experience that I would definitely stay here again in the future.

The rooms were newly renovated and spacious, perfect for families. The indoor pool had plenty of options for young kids. The breakfast in the Ground Round restaurant was a great touch. My daughter especially loved the pancakes. Overall I would recommend this hotel.
