I recently stayed at Holiday Inn Express in Central Point for a weekend trip. The hotel had everything I needed and more. The room was comfortable and had a great bed and breakfast was delicious. I loved the convenience of having a pool, spa tub, and a workout room on-site. The parking was great with no stairs to climb. The flat-screen TV on the wall was a nice touch. The staff at the front desk were pleasant and helpful. it was a wonderful experience.

I would recommend this hotel.

The room was spacious, quiet, and exceptionally clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The breakfast provided was delicious and had a wide variety of choices to suit everyone's taste. The staff were friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. I also appreciated the availability of coffee and tea throughout the day. it was a fantastic experience.

The breakfast was great with lots of choices. the beds were comfy and the room felt clean and relatively updated. the staff at the front desk were very nice and provided excellent service. the hotel is conveniently located near several fast food restaurants, some within walking distance. It was also reassuring to have limited housekeeping access during our stay.

There were some negative aspects of our experience. the area surrounding the hotel felt unsafe, especially at night.

During my Christmas stay, I appreciated the clean and comfortable rooms at the hotel. the rooms had a modern look and feel, which made for a pleasant atmosphere. the friendly and welcoming staff added to the positive experience. Additionally, the breakfast selection was impressive, with a wide variety of items to choose from. I particularly enjoyed the delicious cheese omelettes. Another advantage was the hotel's convenient location near the Jackson County Expo and airport, making it easy to access.

On the downside, there were some noise disturbances during my stay. Guests were running in the halls at all hours, and doors were being slammed, which was quite disruptive.

It was a welcome change from cramped hotel rooms we have stayed in before. Additionally, the hotel's location was key for us. It was situated in a central location, making it easy for us to explore the surrounding area. Lastly, we enjoyed the to-go breakfast that was offered. It provided a variety of options to choose from and helped start our day off right.

Worst aspects of my stay were the strong chemical smell in the room and the noise level. the room had a heavy chemical scent that was uncomfortable for me and my wife.

The rooms were spacious and well, designed, with a walk, in shower and plenty of room to place our suitcases. We also appreciated the mini, fridge, microwave, and small sink in addition to the one in the bathroom. the breakfast, although not a buffet, offered a good variety of options including cereal, breakfast sandwiches, fruit, milk.

When we asked at the hotel, they said they couldn't apply the military discount because we booked through a third, party website. It would have been helpful if the website had a dedicated checkbox for military rates.

As trekkers and a group of friends, we loved the spacious queen suite with 2 queen beds and a pull-out sofa. The room had great amenities including a mini-fridge, microwave, and extra counter space. The coffee maker in the room was excellent and the mini-fridge size was perfect for storing drinks and snacks. The buffet breakfast had a good variety of options and we appreciated the "to-go" breakfast during these times. The presence of a treadmill in the hotel was a bonus for our fitness-conscious friend. The hotel had a comfortable and clean environment, making our stay enjoyable.

The cleanliness of the rooms was lacking. the front desk check-in process was overly cautious, making it uncomfortable for guests.

The customer service was top-notch, making check-in a breeze. Our room happened to be conveniently located right next to the pool, which was a nice bonus. The rooms were immaculate and well-maintained, with thoughtful touches like a complimentary cup of coffee with creamer. The lobby also offered refreshing strawberry water and lemon and cucumber water, which I absolutely loved. The hotel's location just off the I-5 made it incredibly easy to find, and despite its proximity to the freeway, it was surprisingly quiet. The hot tub was a perfect way to start the morning, followed by a delicious full breakfast with a variety of options like eggs, sausage, omelettes, oatmeal. I left the hotel feeling completely satisfied for my drive home.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The coffee maker in the room was fantastic, and the mini-fridge was just the right size for storing drinks and snacks. The buffet breakfast had a great variety of options, and I really appreciated the availability of a treadmill for my husband. The night check-in clerk, Mika, was absolutely fantastic. They were professional, pleasant, and knew exactly what they were doing. They were incredibly helpful when my key demagnetized during the day.
