The facilities at Dalmahoy Hotel & Country Club were amazing, with a 10 out of 10 rating. The staff were incredibly accommodating and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. The breakfast was the best I have ever had in any hotel. We will definitely be coming back.

I recently stayed at Dalmahoy Hotel & Country Club for a few nights and had a fantastic experience. The location was perfect, with stunning grounds that added to the overall beauty of the hotel. The staff, especially Steven the Guest Relations Manager, were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. Despite the restaurant being full, he personally called around and secured a table for us at a local eatery. The hotel had a few new staff members, but they were supported by experienced individuals, making their service seamless. The room, although a bit dated in appearance, was spacious and clean, with a comfortable kingsize bed. The bathroom was a highlight, with a great shower and good water pressure. I also appreciated the hotel's cleanliness measures, including hand sanitizers throughout and the encouragement of face coverings. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would definitely return to try out the new menu from the executive chef.

The hotel had a beautiful building and a lovely atmosphere, creating a great overall experience. The staff were friendly and helpful, which made our stay even better. Additionally, the facilities, such as the heated swimming pool, were top-notch and added to the overall enjoyment of our trip.

There were a few negatives during our stay. One morning, the breakfast service was under-staffed and we experienced several issues with our orders being forgotten.

The room amenities were excellent, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The leisure facilities, including the spa, indoor swimming pool, and sauna, were a great bonus. we were thoroughly impressed with the quality and comfort offered by this hotel.

Located just outside the city, the hotel is on the outskirts and has a nice seating area nearby. The sports centre is also convenient. The room is nice but small and dusty. The highlight was the tasty breakfast, and the accommodating staff brought dressing gowns upon request. The view from the bar area/drawing room offers a bright view of the green golf course.

The menu at dinner lacked variety, and some mistakes were made with our order.

The hotel itself was beautifully decorated in a country house style, and the grounds with the golf course were stunning. the gym was clean and well-equipped, and the staff, particularly Shannon in the restaurant and Harry and George in the cocktail bar, were friendly and attentive. the beds and pillows were fantastic and ensured a comfortable night's sleep.

The breakfast was disappointing, with our room service order being delivered late and not meeting our expectations. the hotel had a limited food menu and many advertised options were not actually available.

Guests enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere in the cocktail bar and were unable to book in the restaurant due to its popularity. The rooms were authentic and offered beautiful views of the grounds. The staff were friendly and professional, providing excellent service. The breakfast buffet was delicious and the spa facilities were a highlight for guests.

Some of the waiting staff lacked proper training in etiquette and presentation, which was unexpected at a hotel of this calibre.
