The staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly, making me feel right at home. The hotel's location was perfect, with easy access to nearby attractions. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and I especially loved having a Keurig coffee maker in my room. Carolann at the front desk was a standout, providing excellent service throughout my stay. The grab and go breakfast options were a nice touch during these times. a wonderful experience!

As friends who enjoy going out at nights, we loved the convenience of the pantry in the hotel where we could charge drinks, snacks, and hygiene necessities to our room. The breakfast provided was delicious and the staff was very friendly and welcoming. The location of the hotel is great and the rooms are clean and spacious. We especially appreciated having a Keurig coffee maker in our room.

Some of the front desk staff could have been friendlier and more welcoming, as they lacked smiles and warmth. The pillows were not comfortable, and better room service could have been provided, especially when it came to addressing issues like TV problems.

During my Christmas stay, I really enjoyed the breakfast at the hotel. They had a great variety of options and the omelets and cinnamon buns were delicious. Additionally, the hotel's location was convenient, making it easy to access nearby attractions and amenities. Another advantage was the quietness of the rooms, allowing for a peaceful and relaxing stay.

There were a few aspects that could have been better. the pillows were not to my liking, as they were not as comfortable as I would have preferred.
