I had an enchanting stay at Mermaid's Muse ! The Deluxe Queen Suite was spectacular, featuring a cozy atmosphere with a canopied queen bed and a private hot tub on the deck overlooking the crashing waves. I loved the vibrant decor, especially the turquoise bathroom. Breakfast was a highlight too, with delicious options that fueled my adventures nearby.

The parking situation was a bit tricky for my vehicle.

Unfortunately, my experience was marred by several issues. The front door was surprisingly challenging to open, which set a frustrating tone for my arrival. Additionally, the cleanliness of certain areas, including the common grounds, left much to be desired, detracting from the overall ambiance. mermaid's muse bed and breakfast is a beautiful artistic home with breathtaking views. we stayed in the deluxe double room with a balcony looking over the bay, which was stunning! breakfast was a highlight, especially the vegan options that bonnie prepared for us.

the whimsical mermaid decor was amusing, but the grounds were absolutely cluttered—how hard is it to pick up a few things? if only someone had greeted me upon arrival, instead of leaving me to navigate their messy space alone. i had expected a warm, complimentary welcome gift, but alas, just another failed attempt at hospitality. almost a good review, but just couldn’t.
