I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The front desk clerk was very helpful and upgraded my room to a suite. The room was nice and clean. The bed was very comfortable. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The breakfast options were a pleasant surprise, with many healthy choices available. The location was convenient, with a nearby casino just a 10-minute drive away. I also liked that the hotel was on a hill, away from the noise of the main road.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! The best aspects were the cleanliness, breakfast, and staff. The hotel was spotless and they made sure everything was clean and sanitized. The breakfast options were fantastic, with so many choices to satisfy our cravings. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, especially the desk clerk who answered all of our questions about the area. They made us feel like friends rather than just guests.

The towels at the swimming pool were always unavailable, making it inconvenient for guests. the maintenance of the hotel could be improved, as there were issues with the TV, bathroom ventilation, and tub stoppage.

This hotel is nestled in downtown Murphy, providing guests with a stunning view of the mountains. The location is excellent, as it is conveniently situated between Murphy, Blairesville, GA, and Hwy 64 to Chattanooga, TN. We stayed at Holiday Inn Express in Murphy for the Eclipse and it was fantastic! The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and had a comfortable bed with 4 pillows, two soft and two firm. The hotel went above and beyond by providing free Eclipse gum, moon pies, and lemonade during check-in. On the day of the Eclipse, they organized a fun party with food, music, and even sold Eclipse viewing glasses and t-shirts. We felt truly welcomed and enjoyed our stay.

We had a fantastic stay at the hotel! The staff went above and beyond to make our experience exceptional. The front receptionist was incredibly helpful with a cable box issue, and the morning staff made our breakfast experience enjoyable. They even offered assistance to my husband in bringing the breakfast back to our room. The rooms were spacious and clean, and we especially loved the comfortable beds and pillows. The location was perfect for us as it was away from the noise of the main road and close to the Cherokee casino.
